I don't exactly have power so I'm gonna make this short and sweet. Yup, my town was sorta in hurricane Irene's path. While my house isn't flooded (thankfully) we did lose a giant tree on our property and it took out all the power wires. So it looks like I'll be without power for a few days. Luckily no one in my house, animals included was injured.

Crippie's Tippie- Before a major storm invest in some thermacare heat packs. In the event that you lose power, one of the puppies can stay warm for over 10 hours.
